Today is my first day back on track with WW since being sick. I was pleasantly surprised to be down 1.6 lbs! So I'm back to my old nemesis 142 (Well, 142.2 to be precise, but who's counting?). I have a goal to be in the 130s by reunion on August 8th. Totally doable!
Our WW leader gave us a challenge for the week: Fill at least half your plate with fruit or veggies for every meal. If you complete the challenge you get your name entered for a drawing. I'm very excited to do that this week. I had banana and canteloupe with breakfast and carrots, zucchini and potato with lunch. The zucchini and potato are from my CSA so they were super fresh and delicious. Yum!

Yumm, Juice! I'm reading this while eating my sweet potato fries and fruit smoothie for lunch. Completely doable, and delicious as well. Why don't we eat like this all the time?
